Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or use our guest portal to generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing back in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
